I'm homosexual but scared?

At once i thought i was bi-sexual but i later found out im not. I'm incredibly INCREDIBLY afraid to come out. But im sick and tired of hiding and trying to persuade people im straight. i want to say what im interested in. NO ONE knows in the entire world that im gay. only one person which is my cousin. who is also gay. i dont think anyone else knows about him. anyway. and im 16. my friends use "gay" as the biggest insult in the world " that's so gay" its the first insulting world they can think of. im just scared if i come out.. i would lose every guy friend i have. idk what to do..
